Zoom Car Wash Unlimited Membership Terms & Conditions

By purchasing or using a Zoom Car Wash Unlimited Membership, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. These Terms apply to all Unlimited Membership plans offered by Zoom Car Wash and any participating affiliated locations.
1. Membership Overview
A Zoom Car Wash Unlimited Membership is a recurring monthly membership that allows the registered vehicle to receive washes included in the selected plan level, subject to these Terms, site participation, vehicle eligibility, weather, equipment availability, business hours, and safety restrictions.
2. Automatic Renewal and Monthly Billing
Your Unlimited Membership automatically renews each month and your card or other approved payment method on file will be charged the then-current monthly membership rate unless and until you cancel. By enrolling, you authorize Zoom Car Wash to store your payment method and charge it on a recurring monthly basis for your membership and any applicable taxes or fees.
3. Personal Vehicle Use Only; No Commercial Use
Unlimited Memberships are for one personal, non-commercial vehicle only. Memberships may not be used for vehicles used primarily or regularly for commercial or business purposes, including but not limited to rideshare vehicles such as Uber or Lyft, taxis, limousines, delivery vehicles, fleet vehicles, rental vehicles, transportation network vehicles, courtesy vehicles, or other company-owned or business-use vehicles.
If Zoom Car Wash determines, in its sole reasonable discretion, that a membership is being used on a commercial or business-use vehicle, or otherwise in violation of these Terms, Zoom Car Wash may refuse service, suspend the membership, cancel the membership, or require transfer to an approved commercial program if one is offered.
4. One Membership Per Vehicle
Each Unlimited Membership is valid only for the single vehicle enrolled in the program. The membership is linked to the registered vehicle by license plate, account data, tag, barcode, sticker, or other identifier used by Zoom Car Wash. A membership may not be shared, transferred between vehicles without approval, resold, or used by any person or vehicle other than the enrolled vehicle.
5. Participating Locations and Plan Benefits
Membership benefits are valid only at participating Zoom Car Wash locations and only for the services included in the selected membership plan. Some services, upgrades, add-ons, interior services, promotional items, partner benefits, or location-specific amenities may not be included unless expressly stated. Zoom Car Wash may modify participating locations, wash packages, lane availability, included services, and membership features from time to time.
6. Reasonable Use / Wash Frequency
Unlimited Memberships are intended for normal consumer use only. Unless otherwise posted, membership use is limited to one wash per day per enrolled vehicle. Zoom Car Wash reserves the right to limit use, deny service, or cancel a membership for abuse, fraud, excessive or suspicious usage, unsafe vehicle condition, or violation of these Terms.
7. Vehicle Eligibility and Safety Restrictions
Not all vehicles are eligible for all wash services. For safety and equipment reasons, Zoom Car Wash may refuse service to vehicles with pre-existing damage, loose or aftermarket parts, oversized tires, ladder racks, cargo carriers, bike racks, trailer hitches that present risk, unsecured accessories, cracked windshields, poor alignment, manual operation limitations, or any condition that may interfere with safe wash operation. The customer is responsible for following all posted instructions and employee directions before entering the wash.
8. Customer Responsibility Before Entering the Wash
Before entering the wash, you agree to properly secure your vehicle and remove or secure any items that could be damaged by or interfere with the wash process, including antennas, detachable accessories, exterior-mounted items, and loose interior items. Zoom Car Wash is not responsible for damage caused by failure to follow posted instructions, employee instructions, or reasonable vehicle-prep requirements.
9. Payment Method; Failed Payments
You must keep a valid payment method on file at all times. If a payment is declined or cannot be processed, Zoom Car Wash may retry the payment, suspend membership access, or terminate the membership unless and until the account is brought current. You are responsible for keeping your billing information accurate and up to date.
10. Price Changes
Zoom Car Wash may change membership pricing or benefits at any time. If required by law, Zoom Car Wash will provide notice of a material pricing change before it takes effect on your next renewal.
11. Cancellation
You may cancel your Unlimited Membership at any time before your next billing date to avoid future charges. If you cancel, your membership benefits will continue through the end of the current paid billing period unless otherwise stated at signup or required by law. No partial-month refunds, credits, or prorated amounts will be issued for unused time, partial periods, temporary closures, weather interruptions, maintenance downtime, relocation, reduced usage, or change in vehicle status, except where required by law.
12. How to Cancel
You may cancel by any cancellation method that Zoom Car Wash makes available, which may include in person, by phone, online account, email, or other clearly disclosed method. The cancellation instructions provided at signup and in your membership acknowledgment control. Zoom Car Wash will provide a cancellation method that complies with applicable law.
13. Account Changes / Vehicle Changes
If you sell your vehicle or need to update the enrolled vehicle, payment method, license plate, or contact information, you must contact Zoom Car Wash or update your account through an approved method. Vehicle changes are not effective until confirmed by Zoom Car Wash.
14. Temporary Closures and Service Interruptions
From time to time, services may be unavailable due to weather, maintenance, repairs, staffing, equipment issues, water restrictions, holidays, special events, force majeure, or other operational reasons. Temporary interruptions do not automatically entitle the member to a refund, credit, or extension unless required by law.
15. Right to Refuse Service / Terminate Membership
Zoom Car Wash reserves the right to refuse service or suspend or terminate any membership for fraud, misuse, abusive conduct, unsafe vehicle condition, chargebacks, false information, commercial use in a personal-use plan, sharing or transferring a membership, or any other violation of these Terms.
16. Damage Claims
Any claim for alleged vehicle damage must be reported to on-site management before leaving the premises, unless impossible under the circumstances. Zoom Car Wash is not responsible for pre-existing damage, unsecured parts or accessories, or damage resulting from vehicle conditions that make the vehicle unsuitable for the wash.
17. No Warranty
Services are provided on an “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zoom Car Wash disclaims warranties except those that cannot be disclaimed under applicable law.
18. Changes to Terms
Zoom Car Wash may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will be posted at [website URL] and may also be available at participating locations. Continued use of the membership after an update becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms, to the extent permitted by law.

20. California Subscription Disclosures
By enrolling, you acknowledge that your membership will continue until canceled, that your payment method will be charged automatically each billing period at the applicable rate, and that you may cancel as described in these Terms and in your enrollment acknowledgment.
