Car Wash
Can I use my membership at any Zoom location?
Yes! Your license plate is your membership card, and our team will be happy to see you at any Zoom Car Wash location.
Is there a discount on gas if I get a car wash?
Joining our Unlimited Wash Club entitles you to fuel discounts. That benefit is not available without a membership.
How long does a car wash take?
You can get an Express wash in 5–10 minutes. We complete Full-Service washes in 15–25 minutes. Visit our gift shop while you wait.
Is your wash tunnel touchless?
Our state-of-the-art system uses microfiber foam brushes that release all debris. They gently caress your vehicle to provide a thorough cleaning but don’t create swirl marks—just a sparkling finish!
Does your wash leave water spots?
Absolutely not! We use reverse osmosis filtered water rather than hard water, so you can say goodbye to water spots.
What cleaning and waxing products do you use?
We use top-quality products in every phase of our services. This includes presoak solutions to loosen dirt and grime, main wash detergents/shampoos to remove dirt and dust from the vehicle’s exterior, tire and wheel cleaners, triple foam (in some services) to add shine and prepare the surface for wax or sealant, and drying agents to prevent water spots. Finally, we use so-called tire dressings to enhance the appearance and protection of tires and apply sealants and waxes to protect the vehicle’s paint and add shine.
How do I cancel my membership?
You can cancel online or at a Zoom Car Wash location at any time.
Detailing
Do I need an appointment for detailing?
Yes, we recommend appointments for all major detailing services to ensure we have enough time to give your vehicle the attention it deserves. Express services may be available for walk-ins depending on the schedule.
How much does detailing cost?
All detail prices are starting points and depend on your vehicle’s size and condition. Heavily soiled vehicles or larger SUVs/trucks may require additional time and cost.
What’s the difference between a car wash and a detail?
A wash provides routine cleaning inside and out. A detail goes far beyond—it restores, protects, and refreshes your vehicle with deep-cleaning, paint correction, stain removal, and protective treatments.
Can you remove stains, odors, or pet hair?
Yes. Our interior detail packages include carpet and seat shampoo, ozone odor removal, and deep cleaning of cracks, crevices, and compartments. Pet hair removal is available as part of our full-service interior detailing.
Do you offer paint protection?
Absolutely. Our exterior detail packages include clay treatments, multi-step paint correction, and sealants. Ceramic coatings are also available for long-lasting shine and protection.
What products do you use?
We use premium detailing products from trusted brands like Meguiar’s and Simoniz to ensure dealership-quality results without the dealership markup.
Tint
Can window tint block my signals?
No—our ceramic and carbon films are signal-safe and won’t interfere with Bluetooth, GPS, or radio.
How dark can tint be legally?
We offer options that comply with California laws—our team will guide you through the choices so you get what you need without risking a ticket.
What brands of film do you use?
We are a SelectPro exclusive window film dealer of Llumar and FormulaOne, top-rated ceramic and carbon films installed by certified pros.
Lube & Oil
How often should I change my oil?
Follow your vehicle manufacturer’s recommendations based on driving type and mileage. We’re happy to review that schedule for you during your visit.
Which oil should I choose?
Conventional oil works great for many vehicles. If your car requires or prefers synthetic or high‑mileage blends for performance or warranty reasons, we can accommodate that—just ask us during service.
Can I just get the free wash without an oil change?
The free wash is exclusively part of our oil change service—it’s how we reward preventive maintenance.
What if my check engine light is still on after service?
Our technicians perform a full scan and reset if applicable. If a light returns, we’ll review the issue and recommend next steps. All at no charge.
